You care about your team, putting their success on an equal footing with the success of your company. The first step to maintaining your duty of care is to make sure they’re paid every month, on time, and without any stress. It’s a time-consuming process, though, so it makes sense to outsource it to a dedicated team.

We’ll take care of every part of the payroll process. We’ll run your PAYE scheme for you, helping work out pay calculations, deductions, and everything in between. We’ll make sure your employees are auto-enrolled if you have a pension scheme and we’ll deal with all questions from your staff, and HMRC too, if they get in touch.

There are various ways of calculating your payroll, depending on what kind of contract your team is on. Different salaries, terms, conditions, benefits, and deductions can all play a part in how the payslip is calculated. For example, if an employee has recently moved from university, they’ll be paying a percentage of their student loan back, depending on their salary. If your employee is having a child, you’ll also need to consider maternity/paternity pay.
