We’ll make sure your employees are auto-enrolled if you have a pension scheme and we’ll deal with all questions from your staff, and HMRC too, if they get in touch.
There are various ways of calculating your payroll, depending on what kind of contract your team is on. Different salaries, terms, conditions, benefits, and deductions can all play a part in how the payslip is calculated. For example, if an employee has recently moved from university, they’ll be paying a percentage of their student loan back, depending on their salary. If your employee is having a child, you’ll also need to consider maternity/paternity pay.
